Andrew Marnach litigates some of the most complex, high-stakes cases in Minnesota. With over a decade of litigation in state and federal courts—handling disputes over sports stadiums, high-rises, luxury homes, sunken yachts, products liability, personal injury, and (select) criminal and family law matters—Andrew Marnach delivers results in any case.

He has represented contractors, designers, developers, and homeowners in high-stakes, technical disputes, like a $1.1 billion NFL stadium (design engineer), a $320 million skyscraper (seller), 50+ apartment buildings, a $20 million National Guard facility (design engineer), a $17.2 million luxury home in Aspen (insurer), a $13.9 million mansion (homeowner), a $6.4 million luxury home on Lake Minnetonka (homeowner), and a municipal water treatment plant (city). He is a former co-chair of the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association’s Construction Law Committee.

Cali Ann Collins is a law clerk at Marnach Legal and a third-year student at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. She focuses on family and criminal law. After passing the bar, she will join the firm as an associate.

Cali earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota, where she studied criminology and psychology. Her background gives her a deep understanding of the legal and psychological complexities that affect clients in family and criminal cases.

At Marnach Legal, Cali uses her legal knowledge to advocate for clients with diligence and compassion. At law school, Cali Ann has worked for the LAMP clinic, where she advocated for incarcerated persons in family law matters.
